Open discussion on the position paper titled “Role, balance and challenges of the High Inspector of Justice”

Our partner attended today an open discussion on the position paper titled “Role, balance and challenges of the High Inspector of Justice”.

The discussion was participated by His Excellency Mr. Reinout Vos, Ambassador, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Albania, Mr. Artur Metani, High Inspector of Justice, Ms. Majlinda Dhuka, Minister and Chief Negotiator, Ms. Klotilda Bushka, Chairperson of the Law Commission at the Assembly of the Republic of Albania, Ms. Dhurata Çupi, deputy Chairperson of the Law Commission at the Assembly of the Republic of Albania, Ms. Naureda Llagami, Chairperson of the High Judicial Council and Mr. Alfred Balla, Chairperson of the High Prosecution Council, Mr. Afrim Krasniqi, from Institute of Political Studies (ISP), experts and other members from the civil society.

Such event was organized by ISP, in cooperation with several civil society organizations, under the direction of the Center for the Study of Democracy and Governance (CSDG), in the framework of the project "Improving the debate on policies and accountability in fulfillment of the criteria of the first group of negotiating chapters". The project is supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Tirana.
